I am Andrea Congiusta and I was born in the ancient city of Rome, I grew up watching my grandmother cooking and growing up, I realized that cooking could be a way to express my emotions and say something without saying.
cooking for me is the language I have chosen to translate my ideas and my creativity. you customers are my audience, enjoy.
MY FOOD
my food is related to my roots and the necessity to express my creativity.
I love contrasts, play with different textures, I use my food to share my culture, trying to work with forgotten ingredients, rediscovering new old flavors.
